The petitioner herein seeks pre-arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest by the Kudiyanmala Police Station in connection with some non bailable offence. The alleged offence is under Section 498(A) IPC. Now the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Police has not so far registered any crime against the petitioner, and that his apprehension of arrest is unfounded.
