JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are working as tyre retreaders in the Regional Workshop of KSRTC at Aluva. According to petitioners, the seniority of provisional employees after their regularization will be assessed based on their respective dates of first reporting to duty on daily wages. As per Ext.P7 judgment, the said issue was considered by this Court and has held so, in the said judgment. But, in Ext.P5 gradation list, petitioners names were included as serial Nos.88 and 89 based on their respective date of birth. Aggrieved by the same, petitioners have submitted Exts.P9 and P10 objections before the respondent, which is pending consideration. It is in this background, this writ petition is filed.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the W.P.(C). No.24948 of 2016 2 Corporation and on perusal of pleadings and documents on record, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Exts.P9 and P10 representations submitted by the petitioners, taking into account Ext.P7 judgment rendered by this Court and Ext.P6 order of KSRTC and in accordance with law, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and any other interested persons.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
