Ramachandran Nair, J.
The petitioner is a devotee of Pallikkunnu Sree Mookambika Temple. The main grievance is with regard to the hasty manner in which notice has been issued as per Ext.P6 convening a meeting for selecting Naveekarana Committee. The notice is dated 12.11.2014, but it was published on 19.11.2014 and the meeting was scheduled to be held on 22.11.2014. In the light of the above averments in the writ petition, this Court passed an interim order on 21.11.2014 directing the second respondent to postpone the conduct of the meeting by ten days.
2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the Malabar Devaswom Board submitted that the meeting can be convened either on 28/12/2014 or 04/01/2015 itself. One of the suggestions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the meeting can be held on a Sunday. 04/01/2015 being a Sunday, the meeting will be conducted on the said day.
4. We heard the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 also. Before holding of the meeting, 15 days notice also will be duly published for the information of all concerned. Since the petitioner is before this Court and the date is now fixed as above, he will not be entitled for a separate notice.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
