JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard both sides. It is submitted from the side of petitioner that even after disposal of W.P(C) No.2704/2012 by this Court on 6.6.2012 the police has not been able to do anything effectively as part of investigation. Now the 3rd respondent has filed report that investigation is in progress, and that everything possible has been done in compliance of the direction of this Court in the earlier proceeding.
Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this proceeding could be closed without prejudice to his right to approach the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction for appropriate relief. This submission is recorded, and the writ petition is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the learned Magistrate for appropriate relief.
