The matter arises out of proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act.The petitioner has lost from all the courts below. However, proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1908 are summary in nature and it is always open for the petitioner to raise question of title by instituting regular suit.
The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
