JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Mehta, learned Advocate for petitioner has submitted that after the petition came to be filed, certain other developments, have taken place, one of which is that now the competent authority has passed certain order against the petitioner. In such view of the matter, learned advocate for petitioner has requested for permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh petition so as to challenge the order which has been passed subsequently and to also pray for same relief as are prayed for in present petition.
Request as prayed for is granted. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. Ad interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
