(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Today Mr Trivedi has placed before us a communication by the Secretary of the Commission of Inquiry written to the Chief Secretary, Government of Gujarat on the basis of which the State of Gujarat has extended the time for submission of report till December 31, 2012. The said communication be kept on record and a copy of the said communication has been given in open Court to Mr Pandit, the learned advocate for the petitioner.
Let the matter appear on May 9, 2012 at 11.00 a.m. for further hearing on the question of scope of inquiry.
