The present application has been filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail under section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, after the charge sheet is filed. The applicant is charged with having committed offences under sections 120(b), 489-A, B, C and 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code for which F.I.R. being I-C.R.No.48 of 2009 has been registered with Vadodara Rural Police Station.
Mr.B.K.Raj learned advocate for the applicant after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the present application in view of statement made by learned APP Mr.A.J.Desai under instructions that trial is about to proceed further.
Permission is granted. The present application is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
