(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to our earlier order, the matter has been placed before us for further consideration.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the Report submitted by the Committee of experts constituted pursuant to our order dated July 25, 2012, we are satisfied with the proposed guidelines formulated by the Committee of experts at page-4 of the Report.
We, therefore, direct the State-respondents to strictly follow those ten points formulated by the Committee of experts for the purpose of regulation of passing of the convoy of the VVIPs. The State-respondents are directed to communicate these guidelines by publishing appropriate notification.
The Public Interest Litigation is, thus, disposed of with the above directions.
