The recall application is filed on the pretext when on the date fixed i.e. 25.08.2017 the name of newly engaged counsel Sri Shushil Kumar Dubey is not shown in the cause list.
There is no reason to recall the judgment dated 25.08.2017 as the issue involved in the present writ petition has been decided on merits.
The delay condonation application as well as recall application, therefore, is dismissed.
