The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 494 of 2011 instituted by the petitioner against the defendants-respondents within a stipulated time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter is being posted for ex-parte hearing.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2011, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
