Notice on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 & 2 has been accepted by learned AGA.
Issue notice to respondent no. 3 returnable at an early date.
Counter affidavit may be filed within three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing or till submission of the Charge-sheet whichever is earlier, petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 362 of 2010, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(X) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station- Risia, District - Baharaich.
