Considering submissions made by both learned advocates and also considering avermetns made in this application, special civil application no. 6852 of 2004 is fixed for final hearing on 27th June, 2011. Registry is directed to notify said petition for final hearing accordingly on 27.6.2011, in admission board. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
