This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.423 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, dated 20.01.2017, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 01.12.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that in compliance of the order dated 20.01.2017, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.423 of 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Naguneri, the complaint given by the petitioner has been registered in Crime No.221 of 2017, dated 16.07.2017. He further submitted that since, the case has already been registered, the petition has become infructuous.
4. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is closed.
