[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This Contempt petition has been filed alleging that the Inspector of Police, Tisaiyanvilai Police Station, Tirunelveli District, has not obeyed the order passed by the Hon'ble Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri made in Cr.M.P.No.423 of 2017 dated 20.01.2017.
2.By the said order, the learned Judicial Magistrate forwarded the petition to the Inspector of Police to look into the averments and proceed in accordance with law and file a report within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Thus, by the order, the Inspector of Police has been directed to file a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate and raise all his contentions.
3.With the above liberty, this Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
