Jethubha vs State

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned AGP supplied a copy of the order dated 10-11.04.2012 passed by the Office of respondent no.3 herein. In view of the same, it would be appropriate that the petitioners file a substantial petition seeking necessary relief. So far as the present petition is concerned, the same shall not survive in view of the order in question. Hence, the petition stands disposed of, without entering into the merits of the case. The copy of the order is taken on record.
