JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioners is not present. Any request for pass over or adjournment is also not made. Today no one has attended hearing of present petition on behalf of the petitioners.
Mr.
Patel, learned AGP has submitted that in pursuance of the earlier direction passed by the Court, the Competent Authority has passed order and the same has been conveyed to the petitioners.
In view of the absence of the petitioners and their advocate, the hearing of present petition is adjourned.
