JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. When the application is called out for hearing, learned advocate for the applicant is not present. The application has been filed since 14.11.2011. It was listed for hearing and appropriate orders on 21.10.2011. From the record, it appears that since then the proceedings have been adjourned from time to time and the application does not appear to have been prosecuted o n merits until now.
2. Any request for adjournment or even pass-over is also not made. None has attended the hearing today. Therefore, the application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
