Issue bailable warrant of Rs.10,000/- against revisionist Jitendra alias Matu to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor who will get it executed through concerned Police Station and will sent the compliance report regarding the service within four weeks.
Record of Criminal Appeal No.62 of 1993 decided on 15.12.1994 by 1st Additional Session Judge, Bijnor along with record of Criminal Case No.19 of 1989 (State versus Jitendra alias Matu) decided on 8.11.1993 by IVth Assistant Sessions Judge, Bijnor be summoned from the Session Judge, Bijnor within four weeks.
