Mr.
Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners has not advanced any argument. Hence, the petition is dismissed only on the ground that no argument has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners before this Court. Apart from that in view of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka & Ors. v. Umadevi & Ors., (2006) 4 S.C.C. 1, it will not be appropriate to entertain these petitions. Hence, the petitions stand dismissed. Notice is discharged.
