JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner, who is the accused in C.C No.620 of 2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Mavelikara, has come up with the request for the release of his passport. 2. While granting bail to the petitioner, in Crime No.508 of 2014 through the order dated 31.10.2014, the Court below had directed the petitioner to surrender his passport before the Court below. Consequently the petitioner had allegedly surrendered his passport before the Court below. The petitioner is gainfully employed in Dubai and he has to go back finally on 20.11.2014. The petitioner undertakes that he will appear before the Court below as and when his presence is required. If his passport is not released, he will have to loose his employment.

Crl.M.C. No. 6417 of 2014 In the result, this Crl.M.C is allowed and the Court below is directed to release the passport of the petitioner to him on his depositing an amount of ₹ 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) for observing the condition that he will appear before the Court below in the case as and when his presence is required. Over and above such deposit, the petitioner shall execute a bond for ₹ 25,000/-
(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties, each for the like amount.
