JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:
“Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction commanding respondents 1 to 3 to keep in abeyance the proceedings initiated to physically dispossess the petitioner from the mortgaged property by a period of 15 days so as to enable the petitioner to close the loan transaction by paying the entire amount in a lump.”
2. When the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 11.11.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire amount will be satisfied within two weeks and accordingly an order was passed ordering 'status quo' till next posting on 27.11.2014.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the assurance and undertaking was honoured and the entire amount has been satisfied. The learned counsel for the Bank also confirms the position.
In the said circumstance, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition is closed accordingly.
