JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ramachandran Nair, J.
The claimant before the Tribunal is the appellant in this case. This is a case where the Tribunal below found that since the appellant was travelling as a pillion rider on the motor cycle and there is no coverage as far as the policy is concerned, the Insurance Company is not liable. It is also found that the appellant has not produced any document to prove that additional premium was paid to cover the pillion rider also. On issue No.1, a finding was entered that the appellant sustained injuries in the road traffic accident.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that actually the pillion rider was covered by the policy and the learned Senior Counsel for the Insurance Company also submits that there is a coverage under the policy. The policy issued is a comprehensive policy.
In that view of the matter, we remand the matter for consideration by the Tribunal afresh. The impugned judgment is set aside. The parties will appear before the Tribunal on 29.01.2015. All efforts will be taken to dispose of the matter within a further period of three months after the appearance of parties.
