JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
2. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application seeking for modification of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1041 of 2017 in C.A.No.5 of 2017 dated 12.07.2017. On receipt of such application for modification, the learned Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam shall dispose of the same on or before 16.08.2017.
