O R D E R The petitioner is before this Court seeking issue of mandamus to direct the respondent to hand over the original title deeds to the petitioner.
2. When the petition is taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the title deeds have already been handed over to the petitioner, though there was some delay in handing over the same.
If that be the position, the prayer made in this petition does not survive for consideration at this juncture.
The petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
