JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed present Civil Revision Petition along with dispense with petition challenging the order dated 06.10.2017 made in O.P.No.2382 of 2017 passed by the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai, insisting on appearance of the revision petitioner.
2. When the matter came up before this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present application, the Court below set exparte for the non appearance of the petitioner and posted for recording the exparte evidence on 04.12.2017.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent event, the petitioner has to file an application before the Court below to set aside the exparte order.
4. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition.
5. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to agitate the matter by filing appropriate application, in accordance with law. Consequently, the connection Civil Revision Petition is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
