The present second appeal was taken up for hearing on 16/04/2012, it was reported that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have expired and no steps have been taken by the appellants to bring the heirs of respondent Nos.1 and 2 on record and, therefore, at the request of Mr.Songara, learned advocates appearing on behalf of the appellants, as a last chance, it was adjourned to today.
Today when the present appeal is taken up for final hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants has filed Leave Note. Nothing is on record that any further steps have been taken to bring the heirs of respondent Nos.1 and 2 on record. S.O. to 30/04/2012. On that day, the matter shall be taken up and appropriate order shall be passed to dismiss the present appeal as having been abated.
