Learned APP Mr. H.L. Jani waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent - State.
This application is preferred by the applicant with a prayer to grant him temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of marriage of his son, which is scheduled on 26.4.2012.
I have perused the application and I have also perused the marriage invitation card. In view of the above circumstances, present application stands allowed partly. The applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail from 24.4.2012 at morning to 4.5.2012 on his furnishing bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court on usual terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender on 4.5.2012 at 5:30 p.m. before the jail Authority. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. D.S. today is permitted.
