The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.356 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore.

3.In this matter, since no stay was granted, the trial has been completed and the Judgment was pronounced on 16.07.2012 and hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
