Grievance in the present writ petition is with regard to denial of retiral benefits due and payable.
While entertaining the writ petition orders were passed by this Court on 30.9.2019 for payment of retiral benefits alongwith interest.
Learned counsel for the respondents has placed before the Court a document as per which the entire amount due and payable together with interest has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque dated 28.11.2019.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of noticing the stand of the respondents with the observation that such payment shall be credited to the petitioner's account, forthwith.
