PETITIONER AND 1. Government of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Secretary, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (K2) Department, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Sri R.V. Prasad, Learned counsel for the petitioner on record filed a letter dated 7.11.2014 in the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
