JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in taking decision in an application for classification of hotel as two star. Petitioner relies on Ext.P4 wherein recommendation has been made to classify the hotel as two star. It seems, the 4th respondent has filed a complaint before the authorities and on account of the complaint, classification has not been granted.
2. I am of the view, unless and until any competent court or authority passes an order interdicting the classification, classification has to be granted in terms of inspection report. Therefore, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to pass orders on Ext.P4 based on the report already received within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
