1. The grievance of petitioner is to decide the restoration application dated 28.8.2020 filed in Suit No.374 of 2019 (Haripal Singh and others vs. Jeet Singh), under Section 34/35 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, which is pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil - Bilhaur, District - Kanpur Nagar and the same has not been decided so far.
2. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case aforesaid application is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide petitioner's aforesaid application and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties within a period of six months from today.
