Perusal of the judgment in Session Trial No.1114 of 2007 indicates that the said judgment has got glaring mistakes as three accused involved for the crime in the aforesaid session trial were Jeetu @ Jitendra, Sonu @ Rahul and Rohit. Arvind @ Nitu whose name is mentioned in the last page of the judgment is not an accused in that case. There is an error on the face of the record which requires correction. Learned counsel for the appellants prays to get the error corrected.
If correction application is filed before the trial Judge within three days from today, the trial Judge is directed to get the judgment corrected in respect of the name of one of the accused within two days.
List this appeal on 25.2.2011 as supplementary fresh case.
Certified copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the appellants on payment of usual charges today itself.
