On the basis of the allegations contained in the petition, report of the concerned officer was called for. The officer concerned was fair enough to admit that it may not be possible for him to take a different view since the view that he has already taken is in the light of the opinion formed by watching the videos. Since the learned District Judge himself has expressed his inability to take a different view, it will be only appropriate that another court hears the matter. 2. Therefore, this petition is allowed and O.S.No.22/2014 pending before the 6th Additional District Court, Ernakulam shall stand transferred to 2nd Additional District Court, Ernakulam.
In the light of the fact that the transfer has become necessary, the time stipulated shall stand extended upto T.P.(C) No.615/2014 2 18.02.2015. The parties shall appear before the 2nd Additional District Court, Ernakulam on 26.11.2014.
