Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State as also perused the record.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated 15.11.2016 and the entire proceeding of Case No. 447 of 2017, non cognizance report no. 28 of 2016 under Sections 427 and 504 IPC, Police Station- Dubauliya, District- Basti, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Basti.
The offence against the applicants are bailable. Other than that allegations are clearly factual and would require examination of evidence to determine whether the applicants were or were not involved in the commission of offence as alleged.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant application is disposed of.
