This criminal appeal arises out from the judgment and order dated 10.9.1987 passed by Sri N.C. Jain, Addl. Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad in Criminal Session Trial No. 7 of 1986 (State Vs. Jeet Singh & others) convicting the appellants under sections 148/452/302/149 and 307/149 I.P.C. Sri D.S. Pandey, Advocate appearing for the appellant no. 1, Jeet Singh son of Manduri, states that the appellant no. 1 is no more. He has appended death certificate of appellant no. 1 with Civil Misc. Abatement Application No.343423 of 2009.
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to submit a report with regard to factum of death as pleaded by the counsel for the appellant within a period of one month. List thereafter. In the meantime, learned counsel for the appellant may submit second judge copy of appeal.
