Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav for the respondent no.3, Gaon Sabha.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.1 consider and decide the application which is under Section 24 of the Revenue Code for demarcation which is pending before S.D.M. Machhalishahr, District Jaunpur within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
It has been submitted that the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code for demarcation were instituted by the petitioner on 03.07.2017 but the proceedings have not been finally concluded till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent o.1 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before respondent no.1.
