The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit N0.767 of 2010 within a stipulated period.
On 22.8.2019, this Court granted time to counsel for the petitioner to ascertain nature of prayer made in the application 56-Ga, which had been pending since last three years and for disposal of which the court was fixing regular dates. However, the said direction has not been complied with so far.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2010, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to consider and decide the application 56-Ga for which dates have regularly been fixed for disposal, without any further delay and thereafter decide the suit itself expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
