Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present revision has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.02.2018 passed by CJM, Faridpur, Bareilly in Case No. 219/2016, arising out of case crime no. 200/2015 under Sections- 376, 511, 323, 120B IPC, P.S.- Fatehganj East, District Bareilly.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the averments made in the present revision, no case for interference has been made out. The prayer as made above is hereby refused.
However, it is directed that in case revisionist appears and surrenders before the courts below and applies for bail, her prayer for bail shall be considered and decided expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant criminal revision is disposed off finally.
