When the Criminal Miscellaneous case came up for hearing today, Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file revision against the impugned order before appropriate forum. The above submission of the Counsel for the petitioner is recorded and permission is granted and the Criminal Miscellaneous case is dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty.
