1. The matter was specifically adjourned as the learned counsel appearing for the State of Maharashtra was not present.

Considering the fact that he may not be aware about the date of hearing. Mr.J.S.Yadav, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator was requested by the Court to inform the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Mr.J.S.Yadav, learned counsel states that he, by a letter, has informed the learned counsel for the applicant about the date of hearing.

The Registry is therefore, directed to intimate the next date of hearing to respondent nos. 3 & 4. S.O to 04.02.2013.
