The prayer for transfer of O.P.(HMA) No. 153/2014 from the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram is not opposed. This is because O.P. No. 1075/2010 between the very same parties are pending on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. It is reported that O.P.(HMA) No. 153/2014 has been dismissed for default and that there is no objection for its restoration.
2. I therefore order transfer of O.P.(HMA) No. 153/2014 from the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The Transferee Court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end soon.
The Transfer Petition is allowed.
