This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 13.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19827 of 2016.
2. On a perusal of the records, this Court is of the view that no contempt will arise as against the Letter dated 26.09.2016 issued by the General Manager-cum-Company Secretary, Puducherry Road Transport B.RAJENDRAN,J.
aeb Corporation Limited. In fact, in the order dated 13.06.2016 made in W.P.No.19827 of 2016, the respondent was only directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2010 and pass appropriate orders, in the light of the Circular dated 21.04.2004, as expeditiously as possible.
3. In view of the above, I do not find any contempt against the order dated 13.06.2016 made in W.P.No.19827 of 2016. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
