This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent herein to take necessary action on the order passed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, in Cr.M.P.no.3034 of 2017, dated 13.06.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent.
3. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, by an order dated 13.06.2017, forwarded the complaint to the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Tirunelveli/first respondent herein and directed the first respondent to register the complaint and to investigate the same, as per the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalithakumari case.
4. Based on the direction, it is now reported that the complaint has been registered in Crime No. 23 of 2017, dated 31.08.2017. Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
