JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court, by order dated 12.09.2016 in W.P.No.31603 of 2016, has directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and to pass appropriate orders, in the light of the order of passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court dated 29.01.2016 in W.P.(MD).No.1484 of 2016, within six weeks.
2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and on the representation of the petitioner, the respondents have passed orders vide., e/f/m6/6034/2016, dated 09.11.2016, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the respondents, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
