Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner is alleging harassment by the respondent No.4 and wants a direction upon the respondents No.2 and 3 to restrain him from harassing the petitioner.
It appears that there is some disputes of the petitioner with a third party regarding some land wherein the petitioner has filed a writ petition in this High Court and has obtained an order of status quo on 28.02.2018.
The representation of the petitioner made to the police dated 27.04.2018 reveals that the respondent No.4 took away the entire material of the petitioner collected for the purpose of boring of a land.
At the same time there appears to be some FIR against the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we are of the opinion that there is a dispute of the petitioner with some parties with regard to the land. It is on account of the aforesaid dispute that allegations are being made against the respondents which may be true but the same cannot be examined by us in this jurisdiction.
Thus, in the over all facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the petitioner to make a representation ventilating all his grievances to the respondent No.2 and in case any such representation is filed the District Magistrate will look into it and after verifying the facts may take appropriate action as may be deemed fit in law.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 30.7.2018/piyush
