Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and it is submitted that letter addressed by the petitioner on 15.2.2012 to the learned advocate and copy of which was sent to the Registrar of High Court, oral instructions have been received which are contrary to the contents of the above communication.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to remain present before this Court on 12.3.2012.

Registry may communicate the order of this Court to the petitioner.

Direct service is permitted.
