RULE.
Mr.D.M. Thakkar, learned advocate waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent No.1 herein - original petitioner, Ms.Manisha Narsinghani, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein and Mr.Bhavesh Trivedi, learned advocate appearing for Mr.R.R. Trivedi, learned advocate waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent No.4 herein.
At the request of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, present application is taken up for final hearing today.
Present application has been preferred by applicant herein - original third party to be joined as respondent No.4 in the main petition being Special Civil Application No.4505 of 2011.
having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and as the application is not seriously opposed by Mr.Thakkar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 - original petitioner, present application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to be joined as respondent No.4 in the main petition being Special Civil Application No. 4505 of 2011 at his own costs. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
