Learned Advocate for the applicants in both the applications seeks permission to withdraw these applications at this stage, with a liberty to file a fresh application before the Sessions Court after the chargesheet is filed.
Permission with the liberty as prayed for is granted. If such applications are filed by the applicants before the Sessions Court, the Sessions Court shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by any order/s of this Court.
In view of the above, these applications are disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged in each of the applications.
